Each plan includes a number of users, and you can add more at any time at the published monthly rate, billed with your annual invoice. If the team grows a lot, moving up a plan is usually cheaper.
After 60 days you choose a plan and we issue an annual invoice. If you do not choose one, the subscription simply stops - nothing is charged automatically and no contract renews on its own.
The system carries its own written guides, in Arabic and English, and each one appears only against the screens your trade actually has - so nobody reads about a feature you do not have. Setup help and training are included in the first year, and there is a person to call after that.
Yes. The interface is right-to-left and invoices print and share in Arabic and English. Both languages are equal; Arabic is not a translation bolted on afterwards.
Nizro produces structured invoices rather than scanned images: per-line VAT, an exemption reason where one applies, buyer identifiers, sequential numbering, and no editing once posted. That is the structure electronic invoicing needs. It is mandatory from 1 April 2027 for businesses with annual supplies above OMR 5 million and from 1 October 2027 for every other VAT registered business, and Nizro is built to connect to it.
